0-1
to me this breaks down as jenner/carrick for stolarz, which leaves jvr for condon- whioh i don't really understand- maybe there is something i'm missing here, but without any persuasive trade explanations i dunno what that could be. To me, jvr is a legit top 6 player and condon was a guy who in real life was claimed off waivers at the beginning of last seasons, then traded for a 5th rd pick after andrew hammond suffered a torn labrum, which led him to being the backup in ottawa.

I will add my 2c worth ......................
Goalies have overvalue in this league, has been argued many times to decrease the value of goalies
Condon just signed a 3 year deal with Ottawa after several NHL teams tried to sign him...3 years @ $2.5M I think
With Anderson playing only 40 games last year and already 36 years old and dealing with personal family issues at home
Craig Anderson is set to become an unrestricted free agent after the 2017-18 campaign, and he's already 36 years old, so Condon could conceivably take over as the Senators' starting netminder in 2018-19.
Stolarz is a highly regarded prospect goalie(again high Valued goalies) in the Flyers organization with only Brian Elliot ahead of him. Elliot who is 32 has drifted around a few teams lately

1-1
This is really tough.. What Jenner has done is a dime a dozen but he had potential. As does Stolarz... potential #2 behind a rocky Elliot.
JVR's last 3 years have been dime a dozen too with the exception of last season. Played well on a good team... he should have another strong year then the Leafs cant afford to keep him.
Condon is difficult for me. Played a lot in his rookie season but wasnt good but had a good year last if he plays well and Anderson leaves or retires next season then he could be worth a lot.
Bruins could get more value out of this trade this season with Habs getting much more the seasons after. All four of the main pieces are 28 and under and have good opportunity and potential.

This is a leap and a large risk that Condon or Stolarz ends up becoming a number one goalie. JVR is a top six player on a good team.
That said if you want to take a flyer on a goalie becoming something I'm not going to hold you back. Big risk potential big reward.
2-2

Whatever way the next vote goes... I do appreciate that each TAB voter explained his decision with a few words... instead of just 0-1 and run

Vote incoming this evening. Need to ask a massive Sens fan buddy what he knows about that time split, etc. It's very close because I like Stolarz a lot.

Hey guys, just spoke to my Sens fan buddy, just to confirm what I thought/see if he knew something I didn't. Condon is a good backup option, but with Anderson's wife back to good health, it looks like he's a 20game backup tops. I like him as a backup, but not as a potential starter, and that's what nixes it for me. Jenner and JVR are too good to be moved for this price, but I must admit, my Stolarz love makes it really close for me. I had a very hard time with this one. Add a pick, or add another decent piece heading towards MTL in this deal and I would approve. Not so much a denial as a "please re-work, it's close". 2-3
